A blind display panel, a method for manufacturing the blind display panel, and a blind display apparatus comprising the blind display panel. The blind display panel comprises: an array substrate (11), the array substrate (11) comprising a glass substrate (111), and data lines and gate lines (116) formed on the glass substrate (111) and crossing each other, the data lines and gate lines (116) being arranged in a round to form pixel units, and each of the pixel units comprising a pixel electrode (113); a touch substrate (12), the touch substrate (12) comprising a flexible film layer (121) and a charged columnar structure (122) disposed on the flexible film layer (121); and an elastic film layer (13) disposed between the array substrate (11) and the touch substrate (12). A surface on the touch substrate (12) formed with the charged columnar structure (122) faces toward a surface on the array substrate (11) formed with the pixel electrode (113), and the charged columnar structure (122) on the touch substrate (12) is corresponding to the pixel electrode (113) on the array substrate (11) one to one.
