<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated porous film and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell. <P>SOLUTION: In this laminated porous film, a heat-resistant layer that includes a binder resin and a filler is laminated to one or both surfaces of a base porous film in which a polyolefin is the principal component. The region of presence of the binder resin and/or the filler is formed to contact the heat-resistant layer in the interior of the base porous film, the total thickness of the region of presence being 1-20% of the thickness of the entire base porous film.
