The present invention concerns the production of a coffee drink such as espresso in which high-temperature and high-pressure water is sprayed onto a pack type of cartridge covered with a porous outer skin of, for example, a nonwoven fabric or a capsule, and in particular a cartridge holding a coffee powder, and the present invention comprises a cap which covers an insertion part of a cartridge receptacle, and a locking member which is formed from a plurality of links for displacing the cap and hermetically sealing the insertion part of the receptacle. |
