The present invention relates to a floating levee comprising a pair of floats which float in a fluid and which are arranged opposite one another with a spacing therebetween; columns which are connected to the floats, and which fix the floats such that the latter may not move horizontally along the flow of the fluid; and at least one or more hydraulic turbine units interposed between the pair of floats so as to rotate by colliding with the fluid. |
