The present invention relates to a seat structure for a vehicle in which, during an operation of a pretensioner, a component at a pretensioner side is kept from interfering with a component disposed at a side of a seat cushion. The seat structure for a vehicle (10) of the present invention comprises a three-point type seat belt unit (30) which restricts a passenger with a shoulder webbing (32A) and a lap webbing (32B); a lap outer pretensioner (40) which is connected to a tip part of the lap webbing (32B) at an outer side of a car width direction with respect to a seat cushion (12) and fixed at an upper rail (22) to provide tension forcibly to the lap webbing (32B) when a collision is detected or predicted; and an outer shield (41) which covers the seat cushion (12) along with a part which comprises a joint between the lap outer pretensioner (40) of the lap webbing (32B) and the lap outer pretensioner (40) from the outer side of the car width direction.
