The sanitary fitting (1) has flow-regulating functional element (3) that is positioned in interior of insert housing (2). The functional element has several flow holes (4) that are bounded by a peripheral wall under pressure of incoming water against a restoring force. The cross-section of flow hole is varied, in dependence of pressure of incoming water between open position and minimal position.
