The passenger car has a rear seat row (2), which is provided with two seats (1). Seat backs (4) of the seats are folded from an upright operating position into a non-use position. A loading space extension of the passenger car is formed for retaining load on the seat backs. A fixing unit is arranged between the seats for connecting the seat with a base of the passenger car. A load bearing and load carrying covering part balances the both seats with each other, and is provided for the fixing unit.
