PURPOSE: A device for automatically welding a flat plate is provided to increase productivity by improving a rate of automation and work efficiency as a flat plate forming not only a linearly welded portion and a round welded portion automatically, conveniently, and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically welding a flat plate comprises a travelling body(100), a main support unit(130), a wire transfer and supply unit(200), and a welding unit(400). The traveling body is linearly moved. The main support unit is installed in the upper part of the travelling body. The wire transfer and supply unit is installed in one side of the main support unit. The welding unit is connected to the main support unit, thereby welding the flat plate. A rotation driving unit, which rotates the main support unit while supporting the lower part of the main support unit, is formed on the top of the travelling body. The rotation driving unit includes; a driven gear unit which is joined by being inserted into the lower part of the main support unit; and a driving source which rotates the main support unit on the travelling body by being gear-joined with the driven gear unit. The driven gear unit is installed on the top of the traveling body and includes a support plate, a bearing, and a driven gear.
