<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring drying device, which is simple in structure, easy in manufacturing, and favorable in drying efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This stirring drying device comprises: a stirring chamber which is substantially horizontally arranged, and has a supply port and a takeout port for an object to be dried and a drying gas; a paddle shaft rotatably arranged in the stirring chamber; and a plurality of paddles attached to the paddle shaft. The stirring drying device dries the object to be dried by the drying gas.
