<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film excellent in the heat sealability, the gas barrier property and the retort aptitude while maintaining the heat resistance and the smell retaining property of the polybutylene terephthalate resin, and a packaging bag comprising the multilayer film. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer film includes a layer comprising a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition comprising the polybutylene terephthalate resin of 80-98 wt.% and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification of 2-20 wt.% on at least one outer layer and also includes a layer comprising the gas barrier properties resin.
