摘要 <p>An optical film manufacturing method comprising a process of forming unevenness on the surface of a molten resin (flow cast film Fc) reflecting the uneven shape formed on the surface (CR outer circumferential surface (52)) of a support (casting roll (5)), the molten resin containing a thermoplastic resin that is the starting material for an optical film in cast film extrusion. For the process of forming the unevenness, the temperature of the CR outer circumferential surface (52) is raised to a high temperature of 50°C or more and high energy irradiation of a second section (RBA) where the CR outer circumferential surface (52) is exposed is performed, thereby making it possible to increase the transferability of the unevenness to the surface of the molten resin by increasing the close adhesion of the molten resin to the surface of the support, and to improve the releasing properties of the molten resin from the support.</p>
