<p>Disclosed in the invention are a method for controlling streaming media data of a video conference system and the system thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a streaming media device is joined into a conference by a conference control unit as an identity of an ordinary terminal; and a chairman token is applied from the conference control unit by a real terminal, and then the streaming media data of the streaming media device is controlled by the real terminal. Compared with the prior art, on the premise that none of a conversion device is added, the method for controlling streaming media data of a video conference system and the system thereof enable an effect that the streaming media data of the streaming media device is controlled by an ordinary real terminal, and the arrangement complexity and the cost of the user can be reduced in a certain extent. And the terminal devices of any manufacturer are supported by the present invention, and the applicability is well.</p> |
