A low heat inertia integrated shower room (200) using a high-enthalpy bathroom heater (201) as a heating and humidifying device comprises a high-enthalpy bathroom heater (201) and an inner wall thermal insulation layer (203). The high- enthalpy bathroom heater (201) is arranged on a top plate of a toilet and has the characteristics of storing heat at low power, releasing heat at high strength, as well as simultaneously carrying out ventilating based heat release and fed water atomizing and evaporating based heat release, so that the air preheating time of the toilet is reduced, the temperature and absolute moisture content of the shower room (200) are increased, and the enthalpy value of the air is increased at the same time. Thereby the bath quality and comfortableness are improved. The inner wall thermal insulation layer (203), with the characteristics of water repellency, low density and low coefficient of thermal conductivity, is arranged on the top plate and the internal side of the wall body of the toilet. Consequently the thermal inertia of the toilet is reduced and the thermal leakage of the air to the wall body is reduced.
