[Problem] To provide a wheel bearing seal having increased resistance to muddy water and improved sealing performance. [Solution] A wheel bearing seal (7) in which a side lip (13a) is in sliding contact with an upright plate unit (11b) of a slinger (11) with a predetermined axial-direction interference therebetween, wherein a seal member (13) is wrapped around and anchored from the outermost surface of an end part on a fitting part (12a) of a core metal (12) to the inner edge of a bore part (12b), an eave part (15) for blocking an annular space formed between a seal plate (10) and the slinger (11) is integrally formed on an end part of the seal member (13), the eave part (15) is formed on a circumferential-direction portion excluding a lower portion positioned on a road surface side and acting as a drain part (DR), the inner diameter (d1) of the eave part (15) is set to be smaller than the outer diameter (d2) of the upright plate unit (11b) of the slinger (11), the eave part (15) is in light contact with the upright plate unit (11b) or in opposition to the upright plate unit (11b) across a slight gap, and a labyrinth seal is formed.
