The plate has knife edge grooves for guiding a knife (19). The grooves are lined with a removable, heat-resistant material (15) that is made of plastic and formed by a net-like insert. The plate is made of aluminum. An outer surface of the plate is coated with Teflon(RTM: PTFE). A double base is provided under formation of a cavity that is filled with a heat-storing liquid and accommodates a heat source. Handles (12, 13) are fastened to the plate in a heat-insulated manner.
