PURPOSE: An electronic pen with a hands-free function is provided to easily perform a voice call through the hands-free function in the electronic pen which is interlinked with a touch screen in a smart phone, thereby maximizing user convenience in using the electronic pen. CONSTITUTION: A lower part of a housing unit(5) comprises a pen point(4), which is operated as an input unit in a touch screen of an external wireless device, in a lower part of a body. An upper part of the housing unit(13) is combined with the lower part of the housing unit by using a separation-type ring member which includes a screw thread. The upper part of the housing unit includes an empty space inside the body. The upper part of the housing unit includes a fixing hole which fixes various functional buttons; a speaker hole, and punching holes. A main board unit is inserted into the upper part of the housing unit and the lower part of the housing unit by using a separate-type USB holder. The main board unit includes a hands-free function and a micro secure digital(SD) card reader function.
