PURPOSE: An assembly device for a suspension and a control method thereof are provided to connect a work object to a determined position of an assembly object and to prevent a fastening member connected to the work object and the assembly object from being untied. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device for a suspension comprises a first fixing unit(10), a second fixing unit(30), a driving unit(50), a assembly unit, and a fastening unit(300). The first fixing unit fastens an assembly object. The second fixing unit maintains space with the first fixing unit and is movably installed. The second fixing unit fastens a work object connected to the assembly object. The diving unit moves the second fixing unit to the first fixing unit and inserts the work object into a connection unit of the assembly object. The assembly unit connects the connection unit and the work object to a fastening member. The fastening unit reassembles the fastening member and maintains connectivity of the fastening member over a predetermined value.
