摘要 PURPOSE: A process variable design method in a roll to roll slot die printing method is provided to allow a user to produce a thin film including the uniform thickness of the thin film by designing a process variable. CONSTITUTION: Target thickness is set by considering the weighted ratio of solution injected by a coating die(S20). The moving speed of an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) for obtaining the target thickness is set by considering the viscosity of the solution, the surface tension of the solution, and a gap between the FPCB and the coating die(S30). Flow rates corresponding to the moving speed of the FPCB are set(S35). A speed-flow rate corresponding to the moving speed of the FPCB is determined by referring to a characteristic graph.
