PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic device are provided to secure display performance. CONSTITUTION: A drive substrate(10) and a display substrate(20) are arranged to face each other through a spacer(30) and a liquid crystal(31). The display substrate displays an image. The drive substrate and the display substrate form a moisture-proof layer(42). The moisture-proof layer is arranged along the upper surface and the side surface of the display substrate and the upper surface of the drive substrate. |
