PURPOSE: A continuous casting mold and a method for plating a continuous casting mold are provided to form a playing layer with improved stability and less electroplating stress at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for plating a continuous casting mold includes the steps of: degreasing a continuous casting mold(S210), pickling the continuous casting mold(S220), plating the continuous casting mold with nickel-boron-carbon mixed plating solution which comprises one or more of C, C4H8O2, and C4H6O2 as a carbon source(S250), and washing and drying the continuous casting mold(S260).
