The present invention relates to an aerosol spray valve apparatus in which an undiluted solution is sprayed through a spray hole to the outside from a pressure container, in which the undiluted solution and a spray propellant are received, by operating a button. The aerosol spray valve apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing fixedly installed on a mounting cup connected to an inlet of the pressure container, the housing being disposed within the pressure container; a stem installed to pass through the mounting cup and guiding the undiluted solution and the spray propellant so that the undiluted solution and the spray propellant received in the pressure container are introduced into the spray hole through paths isolated from each other; and a cyclone spray shaft installed within the button so as to be adjacent to the stem and the spray hole, and having a spiral path for guiding the spray propellant so that the spray propellant introduced from the stem is moved into the spray hole.
