<p>[Problem] To obtain an organic electronic device, which has a layer containing a highly acidic polymer, and an organic-inorganic laminated barrier layer, and achieves both the excellent device characteristics and storage stability. [Solution] This organic electronic device is configured of at least an organic-inorganic laminated barrier layer (11), a plastic supporting body (12), a transparent electrode layer (13), an organic active layer (20), a metal electrode layer (26), and an upper packaging member (30), and the organic electronic device contains a highly acidic polymer. An n-type oxide semiconductor layer (25) is disposed on the plastic supporting body (12) side of the metal electrode layer (26) by being adjacent to the metal electrode layer (26).</p> |
