<p>Disclosed is a measuring and calculating device for box transportation, which device comprises a worktable (1), a laser sensing device (2), a delivery mechanism (3), a micro-processing unit (4) and a display screen (51); wherein the laser sensing device comprises three sets of sensing elements (21, 22, 23), each sensing element measuring a box body along the respective sensing direction thereof; the delivery mechanism is used to deliver the box body into or out of the worktable; the micro-processing unit is connected to the laser sensing device and the delivery mechanism; and the display screen is provided for the micro-processing unit to display images. Also disclosed is a method for measuring and calculating a box body by using the measuring and calculating device, in the method the box body is allocated by means of the laser sensing device, in which each sensing element generates respectively a distance and weight signal by way of a light beam emitted respectively therefrom being reflected back to the sensing element after reaching the worktable, the micro-processing unit receives these signals and carries out a calculation, so as to obtain the CBM, the CUFT and the weight of the box body, and displays one item of information onto the display screen according to the judgement priority of these data. By the device and the method, the CBM, the CUFT and the weight of the box body can be measured and calculated quickly.</p> |
