The arrangement has an open retainer contour arranged at an inner side of an inner container (10) of a cooling and/or freezing apparatus and comprising an undercut. Multiple electrical or electronic components are form-fittingly and non-form fittingly fixed by the undercut of the retainer contour of the inner container. The components are designed as lighting units for lighting an interior of the apparatus, and operating and display units and/or sensors. The inner container comprises multiple cable bushings or through hole in a region of the retainer contour. An independent claim is also included for a method for providing a mounting arrangement.
