<p>PURPOSE: A solar module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the operation stability and a lifetime of the solar module by forming connecting devices of solar cells and/or an end frame with casting compounds. CONSTITUTION: A solar module(1) includes a cover layer(2), a melt thin film(3), a solar cell(4), a casting compound(5), and an end frame(7). The cover layer is made of glass. The melt thin film is formed on the cover layer. The solar cell is formed on the melt thin film. The solar cell is filled in the casting compound made of polyurethane.
