<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus equipped with a heat radiation unit which suppresses the increase of the costs and the weight and removes dust adhering to a radiator with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A notebook computer 1 includes: a housing that houses electronic components including a CPU which generates heat during operation; and a heat radiation unit 30 which has: a radiator 37 to which heat from the CPU is transmitted and having multiple fins; and a fan 31 blowing air to the radiator 37 and conducts heat exchange between heat transmitted from the CPU to the radiator 37 and air from the fan 31 to discharge the heated air to the exterior of the housing. The radiator 37 is disposed so as to closely contact with an exhaust port 32b of the fan 31. In the fan case 32 of the fan 31, an opening 35 is formed between the exhaust port 32b and a fan body 33.
