<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which is capable of reducing operation noise and costs while allowing a retreat lens group to retreat outward beyond an inner diameter of a fixed cylinder part. <P>SOLUTION: In a lens barrel 10 to be switched between a collapsed and stored state and a photographing state, a movable lens barrel holding therein a plurality of lens holding members holding a plurality of lens groups respectively is held in a fixed cylinder part 21a, and the respective lens holding members locate all of the lens groups in a photographing position on the same photographing optical axis OA by a driving force from a movable lens barrel driving source (28) in the photographing state and a retreat lens holding member (51) is provided which movably holds a retreat lens group so that the retreat lens is retreated to a retreat position on the outside of the fixed cylinder part 21a in the collapsed and stored state. The lens barrel 10 includes a retreat frame driving part 41 for moving the retreat lens holding member between the photographing position and the retreat position and a driving force transmission part 42 for converting the driving force from the movable lens barrel driving source to a mode corresponding to the retreat frame driving part 41 to transmit it to the retreat frame driving part 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
