<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter motorcycle designed to store a slightly heavy middle-sized article, such as boots. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle cover 30 includes: a step 34 disposed between a handle 14 and a seat 21, and formed in a lower part of a battery cover 33 to allow a driver to place both his or her feet; and a storage box 50 disposed below the step 34 to store a slightly heavy middle-sized article, such as boots. Both the battery and storage box are disposed between the handle and the seat, thereby efficiently utilizing the space between the handle and the seat.
