<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there can not be the extermination of smokers permanently in disputing health management of smoking of smokers themselves, harmfulness of the third parties by secondary smoke of a main stream of a firing position during smoking even in the house or an isolated smoking area shop are disputed but there is no solving means although smoking areas are intended to be reduced for protecting nonsmoking persons now, that substantial firing smoke of smoking cigarettes is generated from the firing site is a known fact although discharging smoke of a sucking smoke of the smoker is whitened by diluted harmful material. <P>SOLUTION: A sucking amount of one cigarette by a smoker is one tenth to a one twentieth, the other is all naturally generated from the firing site and has high condensation material harmful to health, it is possible to substantially prevent diffusion of the secondary smoke to the air and it is possible to prevent spreading health damage to the third parties when the smoker smokes while covering the cigarette with a bottomed bag or a bottomed cylinder made of a porous activated carbon fiber cloth for perfectly blocking the diffusion to the air of the high condensation secondary smoke and for not simultaneously changing the taste of the cigarette of the smoker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
