PURPOSE: A flat type illumination device is provided to secure uniform brightness in the surface of a diffusing plate by using two reflection parts. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(400) generates light. The light emitting device is mounted on a substrate(300). An accommodation part(200) accommodates the substrate. A diffusion plate(600) diffuses the light generated from the light emitting device. A first reflection part(510) surrounds the light emitting device. A second reflection part(520) is formed on the substrate.
