HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ENHANCED WITH CORROSION RESISTANCE IN THE OUTSIDE PORTION OF ROD

PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder device is provided to improve the corrosion resistance of a rod by combining the end of the rod with a ring-shaped corrosion proof member with an excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder device with a rod protruded to the outside having improved corrosion proof includes a hollow cylinder(20), a rod(30), a rod cover(40) and a ring-shaped corrosion proof member(32). The rod has one end positioned in the hollow cylinder and the other end exposed to the outside of the hollow cylinder. The rod cover is connected to the hollow cylinder for the rod to be completely broken away to the outside of the cylinder and composed of a through hole through which the rod passes. The corrosion proof member is connected to the surface of the other end part of the rod and suppresses the corrosion of the rod exposed to the outside of the rod cover.
