PURPOSE: A communication system apparatus and a method are provided to improve the data transmission performance between a source resonator and a target resonator in a wireless power communication apparatus, and compensate the energy consumed in the target resonator without additional energy supply in a target end. CONSTITUTION: A communication apparatus capable of using a wireless power comprises a modulator(310) for modulating information using a reciprocity resonance between a target resonator and a source resonator, a transmit unit(340) transmitting the energy stored in the source resonator to a target resonator through the reciprocity resonance, a receiver(350) receiving the energy sent from the target resonator through the reciprocity resonance between the source resonator and the target resonator, a demodulator(320) demodulating the information sent from the target resonator based on the reciprocity resonance; an energy compensation(360) compensating for the energy consumed in the source resonator; and a control unit(330) controlling an electrical contact of the source resonator and a power supply apparatus which supplies energy to the source resonator.
