PURPOSE: A proteinic marker for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells is provided to select specific colorectal stem cells and to develop an inhibitor of the stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A proteinic marker for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells contains a polypeptide having an amino acid of sequence numbers 1-10. A composition for sorting colorectal stem cells contains the presence, amount, pattern of the marker or quantum. A kit for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells contains the composition. A method for sorting an inhibitor of the stem cells comprises: a step of treating a test compound to cells or animals in which the proteimic marker is expressed; and a step of confirming physiological activity promotion or suppression by the test compound. |
