PURPOSE: An electrical stimulating device for removing itch of a cast patient is provided to remove itch by applying a low frequency signal to an electrode pad. CONSTITUTION: An electrical stimulating device for removing itch of a cast patient comprises a power supply unit(110), a low frequency generation part(120) for generating a low frequency signal, a plurality of first electrode pads(151) which are adhered to skin and have first polarity, a plurality of second electrode pads(152) which are adhered to skin and have second polarity, a switching unit(140) which transfers a low frequency signal, and a control unit(190) which applies a low frequency signal.
