PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to improve the optical power and luminous efficiency of a light emitting diode without the deterioration of an electric property by improving reflectance in a p-type pad unit and an n-type pad unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting cells include a p-type region and an n-type region. A wiring layer connects the p-type region to the n-type region of the adjacent light emitting cells. The wiring layer includes a contact layer(101), a reflection layer(103), a barrier layer(106), a bonding layer(109), and an adhesive reinforcement layer(111). The contact layer is made of Ni, Cr, or Ti. The reflection layer is made of Al. The bonding layer is made of Au. |
