PURPOSE: A device capable of transferring a moving cart for washing and cooling a solar power generation module is provided to reduce installation costs due to the installation of the moving cart by loading the moving cart on each solar power generation module installed separately at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: A lower side of a lower frame(130) comprises a wheel(110). An inclined frame(120) is supported by the lower frame. The upper side of the inclined frame inclines from a horizontal state. A rail support frame(155) is combined with an inclined member(180) which is formed in the upper side of the inclined frame. The rail support frame includes rails(150,151) capable of loading and accommodating a moving cart.
