PURPOSE: A meat roasting pan is provided to prevent oil from splashing by increasing the thickness of an oil discharging path and to improve the heat insulating rate by increasing the thickness of a direct contact portion with meat. CONSTITUTION: A meat roasting pan comprises a board(1) which includes a plurality of waveform projection parts and concave groove parts and is convexly formed to the upper side; and a plurality of heat paths(3) which are formed by cutting the board. The heat path is formed in a slope part where the waveform projection parts and the concave groove parts meet. A first rear part is formed by making the concave groove parts thicker than the other part. A second rear part is formed by making the waveform projection parts ticker than the other part. A plate part is formed in one side of the upper side of the board. A projection is formed around the plate part for cooking garlic. The upper part is formed with the curved shape by roundly forming the end of the concave groove part. A space for cooking and putting garlic or Kimchi is formed by forming a projection(71) around the plate part.
