PURPOSE: A sewage/wastewater treatment facility and a phosphorus removing method in sewage/wastewater are provided to reduce the maintenance cost and the medicine cost by decreasing the generation rate of sludge by saving the use of a coagulant, to improve the quality of effluent water, and to observe the total phosphorus density rules smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A sewage/wastewater treatment facility comprises a preprocessing tub(20), a first settling tank(30), a bioreactor(40), a second settling tub(50), a filtering apparatus(60), and a disinfecting device(70). Including a concentrated sludge extract generated by a sludge concentrating tub(320) for concentrating sludge generated by the first settling tub, the second settling tub, or a concentration settling device, a dehydrated extract generated by a dehydrating device(340) for dehydrating sludge, and effluent water including reverse washing water generated by the filtering apparatus are processed in a floatation plant(200). The processed water returns to the preprocessing tub of the sewage/wastewater treatment facility. The floatation plant comprises a coagulant admixture tub and a floating detachment tub. A coagulant injector is installed in the upper stream of the first settling tub or the second settling tub in order to reduce the total phosphorus density of the effluent water by injecting a coagulant to the sewage/wastewater flowing into the first settling tub or the second settling tub.
