The loop is stretched between the elements when the loop is held by the apparatus. The third element is movable together with the first and second elements while feeding the wire ends to a processing unit (20). A loop guide (10) is provided with a hanger (75) that receives the loop end to pull the loop out and transfer the loop to the third element.
