PURPOSE: A waterproof cabinet panel capable of operating in a flooding accident is provided to control a circuit breaker without destroying a waterproof state of a distribution box by controlling the circuit breaker from outside using a waterproof type rotary manipulator for the circuit breaker without opening and closing a distribution box cover. CONSTITUTION: Multiple waterproof rotary manipulator(20) for a circuit breaker are installed at a distribution box. The waterproof rotary manipulator for the circuit breaker includes a waterproof rotary handle part(100), and a lever controlling part(200). The waterproof rotary handle part is installed at a distribution box cover(12). The waterproof rotary handle part manipulates each circuit breaker from outside without opening and closing the distribution box cover. The lever controlling part manipulates a lever(15') of the circuit breaker. |
