摘要 PURPOSE: A piezoelectricity composition for low-temperature sintering, a manufacturing method thereof, and a piezoelectric element using the same are provided to produce a piezoelectricity composition which is usable in the wide temperature range by having high Curie temperature. CONSTITUTION: PbO, ZrO2, TiO2, NiO, ZnO, and Nb2O5 powders more than 99% purity are weighed according to composition(S111). The ZnO and the NiO as w mol%(0<wΔ10) of weighted amount are additionally weighed(S112). The weighed powder is wet-mixed(S113). The mixed powder is pulverized(S114). The pulverized powder is calcined(S115). The calcined powder is wet-mixed with an alcohol solvent and is dried. The dry powder is injection-sintered.
