PURPOSE: A touch screen driving device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce the sensing time of a touch screen by accumulating and sampling the voltage of a sensor node at a sampling capacitor more than twice. CONSTITUTION: A voltage of a sensor node is repetitively accumulated from the rising edge of a drive pulse after predetermined delay time(tw) at the sampling capacitor of an Rx driving circuit more than twice. The accumulated voltage of the sensor node is sampled. A touch controller generates Rx sampling clock(SRx) from the rising edge of the drive pulse(STx) from the point of time when the delay time has passed.
