PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a functional lightweight composite panel and the functional lightweight composite panel thereby are provided to include reliable intensity and hardness in order to be used as a construction material or an interior material and to perform functions of charcoal and functional aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional lightweight composite panel comprises a step(S1) of preparing a functional lightweight composite by cutting in desired sizes; a step(S2) of molding the functional lightweight composite to form the functional lightweight composite panel by hardening the functional lightweight composite with a binder; a step(S3) of packing by checking the state of a product naturally dried after grinding the surface of the light weight composite panel and after cutting the lightweight composite panel to the desired sizes.
