PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing body fluid release blocking agent for a dead body is provided to minimize component and to easily manufacture the blocking agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing body fluid release blocking agent by injection to a throat part or rectal part and sealing comprises: a step of mixing SAP(high absorbent resin) and water in a predetermined ratio to prepare a primary solution; a step of mixing castor oil and cooling oil to prepare a secondary solution; and a step of mixing the primary and secondary solutions to prepare a final solution.
