PURPOSE: An ESD(Electro Static Discharge) protection circuit is provided to prevent junction breakdown by adding an NOR circuit capable of turning off an N-drive component and a P-drive component. CONSTITUTION: An ESD protection device(400) protects a circuit from electrostatic discharge. An ESD sensing circuit(420) receives an overvoltage from the ESD protection device. An N-drive component(410) is connected between the ESD protection device and the ESD sensing circuit. A P-drive component is connected to the N-drive component. The ESD sensing circuit comprises an NOR circuit controlling the N-drive component. A power supply terminal is connected to the N-drive component and supplies a voltage. A pad is connected to the P-drive component and is electrically connected to outside. |
