PURPOSE: An accredited certification electronic signature performing method is provided to provide the accredited certification electronic signature performing method capable of performing the electronic signature through a various web browser without the installation of additional programs (ActiveX, Applet, etc.) in a user PC environment, and provide the accredited certification electronic signature performing method capable of performing the electronic signature by a device which can store the accredited certificate, such as a smart device. CONSTITUTION: An accredited certification electronic signature performing method comprises followings: a step of a service provider server(102) receiving an input of a service request from a first terminal(101) and delivering to the certificate server; a step of a certificate server(104) generating an authentication number and transmitting to the service provider server(102), and the service provider server(102) transmitting the transmitted authentication number to the first terminal(101); a step of a second terminal(103) transmitting the authentication number to the certificate server(104) by a user key operation; a step of the certificate server(104) confirming the authentication number and requesting an electronic signature to the second terminal(103) if the authentication succeeds, a step of the second terminal(103) returning to the certification server(104) by generating the electronic signature using the accredited certification; a step of the certification server(104) requesting certification of the user certificate of the returned electronic signature to a public certification authority server(105), and transmitting the electronic signature value to the service provider server(102) if the certification result shows that the user certificate is effective, and a step of the service provider server(102) transmitting the service result to the first terminal(101) if a non-integrity of the transmitted electronic signature and a non-repudiation are normally performed, and transmitting the confirmation result of whether or not the non-integrity and the non-repudiation are normal to the certificate server(104).
