PURPOSE: A rolling over protective structure for a multi-purpose vehicle and a vehicle body including the same are provided to facilitate assembly and disassembly by easily assembling or disassembling the protective structure on a vehicle body frame according to occasion. CONSTITUTION: A rolling over protective structure(1) for a multi-purpose vehicle comprises a left side frame assembly(10), a right side frame assembly(12), a link member(13), and a cross member(18). The left side frame assembly comprises vertical members(100,102,120,122) and connecting members(104,124). The vertical members are spaced apart from each other in order to enable a passenger to ride in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. The connecting members interconnect the upper ends of the vertical members. The right side frame assembly is arranged to space apart from the left side frame assembly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The link member interconnects the right and left side frame assembly. The cross member interconnects the lower ends of right and left vertical members which are positioned in the rear side of the vehicle body.
