MULTI-LAYERED CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PARTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase capacitance and improve heat stability and withstand voltage property by comprising an inner electrode layer formed with a thin film including graphene. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic body comprises a dielectric layer(1). First and second inner electrodes(21,22) are laminated at the upper side and lower side of the dielectric layer. The first and second inner electrodes are formed with a thin film including graphene. The thin film including the graphene has the form of laminated graphene thin films which is less than 10 layers.</p>
