PURPOSE: A core/shell nanoparticle is provided to have magnetic properties with fluorescence, and to be able to be applied to a detection system used in low concentration such as a biosensor, biochip, etc. CONSTITUTION: A core/shell nanoparticle comprises a core part formed by combination of magnetic material and boron, a silica shell part surrounding the core, and an outermost shell part surrounding the silica shell part, comprising fluorescent material and silica which surrounds the fluorescent material. A manufacturing method of the magnetic core/shell nanoparticles comprises: a step of forming a magnetic material-boron combined-core part by reacting magnetic material and boron hydride; a step of forming a shell part surrounding the core by coating silica on the core; and a step of forming an outermost shell part by adding fluorescent material and silica to the particle formed by the core and the shell. |
