PURPOSE: A minute electrode array and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be stably applied to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A minute electrode array comprises microelectrodes(350) which are made of silicone, and an insulating supporter(200) which supports the microelectrodes to electrically and mutually isolates the microelectrodes. The insulating supporter is made of soft Polydimethylsiloxane. The microelectrodes are formed in a sharp needle. The insulating supporter prevents the microelectrodes from being deviating from an arrangement.
